Unit of Chemical Engineering Designs and Waste Treatment
Vision
Sustainable Development steps are the best for chemical &biological waste to protect Environment.
Mission
Integrating scientific knowledge to find best solution to waste treatment.
Objective
- Using update knowledge to waste treatment.
- Raising awareness for the hazardous Chemical and Biological waste.
- Sustainable development steps are the keys for waste solutions.
Founded in 20/09/2012, this unit is in the process of incorporation in order to arrange the foundations of important rules and the provision of scientific personnel and also develop their own strategy. The main aim of establishing the research unit of chemical and biological waste treatment is a growing need in our country to determine the types of pollutants emitted as a result of industrial and social events. In addition to the development of graphical rules and the accomplishment of researches and studies to reduce the environmental impact for the purpose of completing the required work and thus it has been identify the required human-basis within our department who are the owners of scientific skills and also have experience in the field of research and studies. Take into account, if it will be needed other people with experience; we will be able to employ researchers from the rest of the departments within the university of technology and/or any other governmental departments to facilitate support our research teams. There is also a need for the required scientific devices such as analysis and measurement devices, and specialized system units or pilot plants. Hence, it has already been unification part of these devices in the consolidated list with the unit of designs and industrial production, which includes 29 devices, and the work underway to find out the rest of the necessary devices.
